Professional Pest Control at an affordable price.

Targeted Pest Treatment Once we have identified the pest that you are dealing with, we will create a plan tailored to your property to eliminate the issue. Some pests can be handled in one visit, while others may need additional follow up treatments. Pricing will be determined during the inspection and will be based on level of infestation, type of pest and size of the property. Once we are sure that the pest issue has been resolved, we may offer a 30 day warranty. This service is mostly used for Bedbugs, Roaches, Stinging Insects, Carpenter Bees, Termites and Rodents. This plan may also be used for anyone that wants treatment once or twice a year without being on a service plan.

Residential Basic Plan

With the Home Basic Service Plan, we will treat the interior and exterior of the home on a monthly, bi monthly or quarterly plan. Our basic service covers crawling, flying and stinging insects. Between visits, we will return if needed at no additional cost with the exception of bedbugs and termites.

Residential Plus Plan

With the Home Plus Plan, we offer the Home Basic service along with your choice of rodent control or termite monitoring. With rodent control, we will place exterior bait stations around the exterior of the home and in common high traffic areas. With termite monitoring, we will install in ground stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. If termites are discovered, we will replace the monitors with an active bait in all stations for an additional fee.

Residential Premium Plan

With the Home Premium Plan, we will offer the Home Basic Service along with Rodent Control and Termite Control. With termite control we will install in ground stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. The stations will be filled with an active bait instead of the non active monitors.
